Being from New Mexico, I have grown up eating hot, and spicy things. Mostly green chile because this is a food staple here. My grandfather used to say, everything is better with heat and all food is better with green chile.
I am new to the hot food eating world, but finding the League Of Fire within the last year has opened my eyes to a whole new world of heat. Now, it has become a father and son adventure as my son and I look for more and more challenges.
